My name is Jasur Akhmadaliev. I am a product manager. I live in Moscow and build what you are looking at.
I built this site myself. It is about what I do, not about what I call myself.
Why a resume was not enough
A resume is a sheet of paper listing the jobs a person held. It does not show what that person can do today.
I got tired of explaining and decided to show instead. Here are projects that run, demos you can poke at right in the browser, texts with real numbers, and a podcast. Nothing is staged for looks.
It is also a test on myself. I write about product and automation, so my own site has to be built by the rules I write about. Otherwise the advice is worthless.
What is where
The portfolio is the first screen and four sections under it.
Projects holds what I built and what is still alive: a platform for expats, an AI job-search system, a RAG assistant for a clinic. With numbers and links to the code.
Services says what I take on and what it costs.
Demos has six automations for ordinary businesses. A clinic, a cafe, a stadium, a till, reviews. Everything runs on the page, nothing to install. It is the fastest way to understand what I mean when I say "automation".
Resume is the resume. Russian and English, the PDF downloads.
Notebook
This is the blog, but it lives as its own publication. Own masthead, own layout, own rules. You enter it from the portfolio and leave through the button at the top.
Six sections, each about one thing:
- Product. What to build, what to drop and why. On my own projects.
- Marketing. How to sell what you built. What worked, what burned money.
- AI. Models, prompts, pipelines. What actually holds up in use.
- Process. How the work is wired. Automation, routine, a build diary.
- Career. Resumes, interviews, negotiation. All of it first-hand.
- Tools. Tools and real prices. What earns its keep, what only looks free.
Some sections are still empty. I did not pad them with filler, they fill up as I go.
Inside an article there is a rail on the right: chapters, images and every link the text mentions. You can jump to the part you need or take the links without rereading.
Podcast
It is called Jasur / Talks. Conversations about work, business, products and life with people who have something to say. Plus short voice notes when I have something to say myself.
You listen on the page, one button. Nothing to download, nowhere to go.

That is JasurGPT. Ask about my experience, projects or skills and get an answer. It runs on my own materials, answers to the point and does not invent things that did not happen.
It is not there for decoration. A recruiter would rather ask than read three pages.
What comes next
The podcast. Solo episodes when I have something to say myself. Conversations with guests who have something to say. Short voice notes when a topic does not carry a whole episode.
Breakdowns. I take one thing and dig to the bottom: how it works, what it costs, what holds up and what only promises to. I will not be retelling the news, plenty of people do that already.
